New Sets on Cockatrice

I've been told that to download new sets into Cockatrice, I need to use the Oracle tool. I am not able to find this tool in the Cockatrice interface, nor how to find it on the Internet. Would anyone be able to direct me?

In case it helps, I am on the Summer Magic update of Cockatrice.
