Cards and combos which causes MODO to mess up?

So, I was curious which cards and combos you found didn't work properly on Magic Online or caused it to fail, or what combos must be repeated infinitely in order to see this. I heard that myriad can cause bugs, for example.
I might be including all of these cards in a commander deck, but it felt more of a Online Magic thread. Correct me if I am wrong.

Wait, you're building a commander deck specifically built to crash the game in MtGO? If so, that's kind of a douche move.

I assure you, the circle would be fine with it. Besides, little bugs like the Mimic Vat stuff counts too.
