Hi everyone, I'm quite disappointed because I can't run MTGO on my Mac computer and have no access to a Windows anywhere. Do any of you play it on Mac? What converter do you use? Help!

I'm pretty sure you're gonna have to use Dual Booting to play MTGO on a Mac. There are other "alternatives" to playing Magic online, but if you want to play MTGO on an Apple I've got some bad news.

Wow I don't know about you but I don't have a problem playing on my Mac. Here's how you do it.

  1. Make sure you have your Mac with you.
  2. Lay the MacBook down on the table, closed.
  3. Play paper magic with your real life friends using the MacBook as a very expensive playmat.

Ta da!

You'll either have to bootcamp your Mac to be able to dual boot into Windows as well, create a wineskin for MTGO or you can run a vm off your Mac side.

This and repairs are why, as someone who fixes computers for a living, I hate macs.

As someone else who fixes computers as a living. You're over-reacting.

Well I can't play MTGO on any computer. It's indiscriminate broken-ness.

I find that a bummer too. But then MTGO seems to have been programmed by high school computer lab students so I'm also not surprised.
