Well from the look of the results in Vancouver it would seem as if the Probe ban moved people away from the Become Immense plan entirely, instead going with Tarmogoyf backed by Tarfire and Traverse the Ulvenwald for extra card types and card selection respectively. I personally like Josh Utter-Laton's one copy of Ghor-Clan Rampager for extra trample and buffs in combat. It seems as though the deck has gone away from being Combo/Aggro to just being Aggro.

Thanks for the information, but out of curiosity do you have any idea why they moved away from become immense?

My best guess is that with a lack of Probe that people felt there were fewer ways to fill up the graveyard quickly. Modern is so much about consistency that if, in this instance, people didn't feel like they could consistently have enough cards to Delve, they would be inclined to cut it.

Personally, I think one or two copies might be alright, but given the new additions of Goyf and Traverse, there is some lack of synergy between the cards.

Now that I think about it, I'm sure that Fatal Push was a big factor. Having to spend your graveyard and mana on a creature that dies to one mana removal that's being played in every black deck feels pretty bad.

I played zooicide a ton before the ban. The deck probably won't function without probe. I'd recommend going to death's shadow jund if you still like playing with the shadow, or just moving on to a different deck.
