I want to fit him into an orzhov control shell that can take advantage of his ability. I initially thought of like Tidehollow Sculler and Fleshbag Marauder . What else do you think would be good?
As an overall deck idea I'm thinking about loading up on control like Path to Exile , Thoughtseize , Geth's Verdict etc and then using Sun Titan to do gimmicky stuff with like Liliana of the Veil and others.
Really looking for some ideas about decent permanents that have a home in something like this.

I found that Sun Titan is really cool when enchanted with Gift of Immortality . So when he dies, cuz he will, you can return him to the battlefield with a (cmc 3 or less) permanent from your graveyard, then the Gift of Immortality goes back on him to do it again.
Also I really like the Fleshbag Marauder idea

I use Fleshbag Marauder in my Solar Flare deck. It's silly.
Fulminator Mage could have potential.

Viscera Seer for some "free" scrying?
Geralf's Messenger and Kitchen Finks since they come out 4 times with the titan.

Kitchen Finks , Knight of the Reliquary , Blade Splicer , Oblivion Ring , Fiend Hunter , and more come to mind. I think that Junk will give you better options, and Abrupt Decay . Also, Mana Tithe and Dash Hopes would be hilarious!
