Suggest ways to recur cryptic command!

The conventional wisdom seems to be
Snapcaster Mage, Torrential Gearhulk - and maybe Tasigur, the Golden Fang
I found some others:
Spelltwine
Mystic Retrieval
maybe Jace, Telepath Unbound
Flip or Memory Plunder
If you know any other alternatives feel free to list them!

Reverberate, Twincast, and the like (there are several repeatable effects that copy), and also Narset Transcendent. I assume you don't really want "recur" as much as you'd like to extract even more value, so I guess I'm broadening your request a bit.

Use to be a modern deck coined "Eternal Command" that used Eternal Witness to recur Cryptic Command over and over.
