So I LOVE Obzedat, Ghost Council . Especially with Vizkopa Guildmage . The possible gain 2, opponent loses 4 upon entering and then potential swing 5, gain 5, opponent automatically loses at least 5. It's just so much fun to play.
What do you think? First, what is your favorite Guildmage from gatecrash? Second, what is your favorite card (or combo) and why?
I was not aware of either of those cards!Can you imagine Chasm Skulker + Enter the Infinite ?!?!

my favorite RTR guildmage is Skarrg Guildmage
A fun combo with a guildmage is Zameck Guildmage
+Chasm Skulker

Favorite guildmage is Duskmantle Guildmage because that is ridiculously fun with the mill Jace

Depends...infinite turns my favorite combos are Enter the Infinite and Beacon of Tomorrows or Time Warp , Crystal Shard , and Eternal Witness .
Infinite damage= Pili-Pala , Grand Architect , and Fireball
Infinite draw = Azami, Lady of Scrolls and Mind Over Matter
Instant mill = Vendilion Clique and Tunnel Vision
These are of course all EDH applicable only. I don't combo outside of EDH.

Favorite guildmage is obv Vizkopa.
Favorite combo? Hmm, I don't think about that a lot... Probably Nath of the Gilt-Leaf and Sadistic Hypnotist right now.

I've loved Jace, the Mind Sculptor ever since he was spoiled, and the first one I got Which has shuffle creases so I can tell him from the others is the only one I play in EDH and he also has a home in my Cube.

Favorite card is Ankle Shanker . Favorite combo is fries and a shake...er, I mean Satyr Firedancer + Searing Blood . It's simple but it feels so good.

Favourite card is probably Lightning Bolt , because it's the best red card ever printed, and the 2nd best removal spell printed (after Swords to Plowshares ).
Favourite combo would be Lifegain + Serra Ascendant , or Snapcaster Mage + Lightning Bolt .

All I have to suggest is Genesis Wave . There's nothing more awesome than G-Waving for x=20 then doing it again and again in the same turn until you deck yourself...

Favrite card is Hit/Run... the Hit side holds a special place in my little black heart from when it was standard. I even run it in Modern Jund as tech against random Emerakul's. Whenever I play it, my opponent usually looks at me like "okay, Emerakul will go back into my deck with my GY", then I show them the card again, and point to the second sentence, and then they cry. I stay hydrated at tournaments with my opponents' tears.
Favorite Combo is Mind Over Matter + Temple Bell + any card that deals pain from drawing.
My other favorite combo is Any Blue Card + Force of Will

I am still a huge sucker for Enter the Infinite + Omniscience . Any blue EDH deck I build includes this combo, because it goes off and you win.
