I recently started playing an eldrazi tron deck and not only is it a ton of fun to play my win rate has been really really good! Check out my deck: Eldrazi Stompy Tron Legacy. However since the ban of Eye of Ugin this type of deck has really gone to the way side. What's all of your thoughts on a good way to keep this deck alive and competitive in Modern. Here's my modern version of Eldrazi Tron Eldrazi Stompy Tron Modern.

Wait, what? Eldrazi Tron is a top-10 deck in the format right now (source). Deck is doing fine.

That's craziness! I've seen nothing but negativity about eldrazi tron lately! I guess I need to get with the times. What's the most popular replacement for Eye of Ugin?

Well they don't replace it. They build differently.

Green is still the core, for Ancient Stirrings.

Then you have the old style ramp ones. You aim to win off just chaining Worldbreakers togther, with Wurmcoil Engine and Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger for back up.

Or the newer Eldrazi Big-Aggro decks, that basically play Tron-lands and value, with Walking Ballista, Thought-Knot Seer and Reality Smasher.

@LeaPlath: Dude, what are you even talking about? Literally no one runs Ancient Stirrings in Eldrazi Tron. That's a Bant Eldrazi card. Once you start adding colors, the deck's calculus changes dramatically.

@Joegandalf69: Sure, here's an aggregate of the lists that have done well recently.

Rothgar I was about to post all the tron decks with Ancient Stirring before I realized I had misunderstood which version of it you meant.

@rothgar13 thanks for the link! I see a lot of Batterskull I'm decks and I just don't see the value. Any thoughts. Also what's your take on Hedron Archive vs Mind Stone?

Mind Stone is not the better card. But it fits in the curve better than Hedron Archive does. And that makes all the difference. You want to be tapping 4 mana to cast a Thought-Knot Seer, not ramp.

As for Batterskull... it's really annoying for some decks (mostly Burn, but also control) to deal with. That's pretty much the reason it's in there.
