I've been seeing a lot of decks lately saying they are Eldrazi decks-but they only have like 8 Eldrazi. Does that make an Eldrazi deck?
4 Stoneforge Mystic make a Stoneblade deck. Decks can be named after one or two pivotal cards

if you're referring to eldrazi tron or eldrazi taxes it's more a reference to what sets the deck apart from the normal tron and normal death and taxes than by saying it's eldrazi tribal.

Most certainly, for all the reasons already said. But also, a deck is a deck and I don’t understand what you are hoping to achieve from this line of questioning? Were you just hoping to use these answers to reprimand peoples deck-name choices?
Generally in modern tribes aren’t really a thing, so any deck that fields more two different cards with creature type Eldrazi (or whatever) easily counts as an Eldrazi deck imo.

Back in standard some time ago there as mardu vehicles with like 6 or 8 vehicles in it i never knew why it was called vehicles cause 8 is a low number just about all of the deck is not vehicles.

It kind of depends, but, imo Eldrazi in particular are so influential to your game-plan that as few as 1 Eldrazi could still be an Eldrazi deck, if the deck's goal revolves around playing that 1 Eldrazi and winning the game with it.

I would say yes. 8 is a fairly large chunk of the nonland cards in a deck. Presumably those 8 Eldrazi pull a significant amount of weight as well, playing a major role in the deck’s gameppan.
