Cascading cataracts in tron?

Ive been messing around with tron and I stumbled across the indistructable land printed in Ahmonket cascading cataracts that requires 5 mana and tap it to generate 5 mana of any colour.

In theory if you have tron and play this land you can cast any card with 7cmc with any colour symbol.

So on turn 4 you can generate 7 coloured mana that opens up elish norn, griselbrand and a plethora of other cards that havent been accessible before.

I think that the land being searchable by map and sylvan sorting plus dodging common land removal in ghostquater the card seems powerful and Id love some to hear what you think regarding it and if it could work.

Cascading Cataracts for those that don't know it.

It's an interesting idea but, overall, I doubt it's worth it. It's a card that's only going to be good when you've already assembled Tron, which is really not an area that the deck is in desperate need of improving, and it begs the question of what you're removing to make room.

Probably just one blooming marsh and one ghostquater you can search the land easily, I think that if you run 20 lands not 19 you can squeeze 3 into the deck.

I just think that with 5c humans becoming an actual deck in modern maybe we have a look at older archetypes and ask a few questions and try a couple of things.

Oh, yeah, I didn't mean to discourage you from testing it out, definitely give it a try. Although I'd recommend against super colour-intensive cards like Griselbrand that more or less require you to have a Cataracts to be able to cast, since you're essentially adding a 4th land needed to assemble Tron, which I think would damage the deck consistency too much.

maybe Through the Breach to be able to cast Griselbutt without the land? Just a thought.

If you're interested I've seen green tron variants play Oath of Nissa so you can make your tron mana cast any planeswalker you want!
