Got Budget Decks?
deltacobra and I are in charge of accepting submissions for the modern portion of the cheap deck club.
The Cheap Deck Club the place to for budget decks for Standard, Modern, Pauper, and EDH. The rules for modern submission goes as follows:
- the optimal price for a submission is less than $100. The max price acceptable is $115 and not $115.01
- Must be modern legal.
- Must have a good description for the deck.
That's about it. If you want to know more about the cheap deck club, or want to become a committee member, talk to Atony1400 the founder.

Well. That doesn't change the fact that you still can submit. Guys I'm desperate to become more popular than the standard page. Atony1400 don't ruin this for me lol.

Budgets are always fun, more so when they can take on expensive decks.

Alright, I'll bite, here's a budget thing that's good for chill FNM's where everyone's having a good time. Flying Ponies of d00m! "budget"
You can change the sideboard to be less expensive, but this one has a nice spread of hate-cards.

My little pet project, Mono Black 8 Rack Rat Control. Prices vary from MTGO to Paper so I've had to adjust it for submission but its pretty similar to what I have going on and its fun. Its actually a good base to start building into more serious modern decks. My upgrade path has it going into a blinking rats deck with Eldrazi Displacer and then potentially into eldrazi and taxes. Have a long held collection and was surprised at values of some decks/cards. Making some of my favorites Budget Playable was fun, though I know that market changes could throw them over budget.
Allied Boros Legion **BUDGET** - Ally Tribal Aggro, that could be improve with mana-base investments.
