Best deck to counter control decks

My meta is filled with many different flavors of control ranging from what is mostly UW and jeskai to mono U and other weird colors. The main point is that there are a lot of counters, wraths, and lots of Path to Exile s.

What deck should I play to counter this at FNM, I like the look of the Arclight Phoenix deck, but I'm not sure how effective it would be. Dredge looks like a nice counter but RIP exists. What should I pick?

Discard, Manlands, Reoccurant, Uncounterable and Resilent creatures. Lastly Land Destruction.

Choke can be effective depending on the build.

8 Rack is probably a good bet, so long as you have answers for tef and JTMS.

Burn and tron are natural predators for control. You can certwinly fine tune them even further if you expect a lot of control
