Alternatives for Kolaghan's Command

What alernatives are in modern for Kolaghan's Command (I intend to use it mainly for getting a creature back to my hand from the grave.)
Are there other such cards , with more than one mode?
Are there cards that allow getting back any card not just creatures?
(all this in mardu colors, the lower the cmc the better)

Well you've got Death Denied, which is an absolute beast. Instant, mutliple targets possible. Profane Command works too.
Noxious Revival is great too. Can deny a draw phase for an opponent (return a land on top) or get back anything for you. You won't get it to the hand but it's basically the same if you intend to recast that card the very next turn. Also it's instant and ca be cast for 'free' (2 life but 0 mana, much relevant).
Wildwood Rebirth is also a possibility. There must be lots of other cards but these are the only ones that come to my mind right now :)

Well that was helpful....
I was thinking of getting some tips similar to Recover, Morbid Plunder and the like.
I was not asking for an alternative multi use, part time affinity hate card.

For raising a creature and doing something else? The only one I can think of is Cruel Revival, which is pretty bad. Kommand is one of a kind in that respect.

Something that gets creature (preferably other things too) back to my hand from the grave, its better if its cheap , and its better if it can do something else, or its a cantrip.
Thanks frusciante7 so far Noxious Revival is the best, to be honest i never considered, of color phyrexian spells.
