Demigod of Revenge sees play in Skred and Dredgevine, Falkenrath Aristocrat is played by Aristocrats, and you'll find Olivia Voldaren in some Jund builds. Of these decks, only Jund really qualifies as a format staple. Those other decks are between great and somewhat lackluster depending on the meta.

Tymaret is good for a Self Sacrifice and/or Recurrence theme. Esp with the new zombie Relentless Dead + more zombies of course. Could be mana intensive, but you'd never run out of things to cast.

Tymaret, the Murder King just looks like a card that needs to be broken, but I have found no way to break it, or even make it more than marginally useful. It may have a future, and I am looking to pick up my playset now, while it is dirt cheap.

Defiler of Souls could be good if BR control ever becomes a viable strategy.

If you were playing BR ramp, Dragonlord Kolaghan would be an awesome sideboard option against Storm.

Demigod of Revenge is a solid sideboard option for Goblin Storm.

Falkenrath Aristocrat, Olivia, Mobilized for War, Olivia Voldaren, Stromkirk Captain all look like solid cards for a beautiful Modern vampires deck which, no matter how hard I want it to be otherwise, seem like it will never be genuinely competitive, not even tier 3.

Mogis, God of Slaughter is just bad because it gives your opponent a choice. Browbeat is a better card, but people avoid it because it gives opponents a choice.

No to Tireless Tracker.

Panglacial Wurm could be used, but I just do not see it.

Oops! Did not read Dragonlord Kolaghan closely enough. I see no particularly good use for it.

Olivia, Mobilized for War is probably going to end up as a staple of discard/aggro vampires, if someone can hammer the archetype out. (however i am not that a big fan of either her, or the archetype behind her.. so i don't really know)

Olivia Voldaren is a powerhouse, IF YOU CAN PROTECT HER. (with or without other vampires). Sadly the protect her part is problematic, or you could just have her as one of the big threats, so no matter what your opponent kills, the thing staying alive is still pretty bad news for him. (She is a HUGE mana sink, and if she dies, your effort often gone to waste, when it could have been spent on more useful things)

Falkenrath Noble is great for aristocrat deck - and terrible everywhere else. Since next level abzan is all the rage nowadays, no one plays aristocrats, so she sees little play. She is very strong... dangerously so, sadly Path to Exile is her bane.

Stromkirk Noble is a great card for vampire midrange decks. (and is probably not that bad for aggro, but i am not sure, since 2/2 body for 3 mana). In the right deck giving first strike to all your creatures, can deny your enemy the option from attacking, and allow you to build up a large enough number of creatures to overwhelm them. Also aggro vampires just cant race fast enough, with things like affinity, infect, merfolk... etc. lying around. So if someone wants to utilize this card i would advise the same approach that is taken with the "maverick" legacy deck - make a deck out of creatures (and other permanents) with relevant abilities.

While i am no expert regarding the other cards, i doubt they can be of much use in modern (maybe except controll heavy decks) thanks to their heavy mana costs.

I meant Falkenrath Aristocrat instead of noble...
