What's the best deck that uses as many banned cards as possible?

I was reviewing the banned list, and I noticed that there's a good amount of synergy between a lot of the banned cards. So, being the person that I am, I wanted to design a deck that uses only cards banned in Modern.

There are two broad approaches that I found, Hogaak Dredge and KCI Ramp. I didn't really see a payoff for the ramp package, so I went the Dredge route.

I managed to avoid using legal cards, but can it be improved off the banlist?

Probably Eldrazi or Miracles would be my best guess based on the results of a SCG no banlist modern tournament.... it was an article I referred to many times when I went on a rant about doing away with the modern banlist.... Mental Missteps as far as the eye can see.

Oops I misunderstood.... didn't realize it was purely banned cards... I have no idea then lol.

Icbrgr No problem. Banlist Miracles would be insane... Keep the top spinning!

Add in some Skullclamps

Monomanamaniac Unfortunately, Skullclamp can't be fully abused, since no creatures reliably have 1 toughness, and there's a pretty good amount of draw and filtering already. It was in the deck for a while, though, so good thought!
