and I've been wondering if there are any powerful burn spells that I am missing. I prefere spells that deal a lot of damage, thus I play spells like Roast and Searing Blood. Are there any fringe spells I am missing?

So... You are asking for spells like Flames of the Blood Hand?

Why would you only want niche spells?

My bad that's bad wording I meant more fringe spells that don't see tons of play.

Skull crack is bad because it counters my own life gain, and I already play Flame Slash. Thanks for the suggestions!

Atarka's Command is good and is played in Modern Burn.

Consuming Bonfire is always good for a laugh.

DarksteelBadger: The command is a amazing card, don't get me wrong, but this is just not the deck for it. The first draft of the deck had a full 4, then the second had 3, then 2, then none. I only have 1-3 creatures in play at a time, and I want all my spells to kill creatures so I can start the beats with my big creatures.

berryjon: I'm gonna pick up a copy just so I can put it in in casual games for the laughs.

You want to play Fiery Justice. I feel like it's worth the drawback. (It was Timeshifted in Time Spiral so its Modern legal.)

Also Destructive Revelry should be in your sideboard.

If you want crazy damage infliction I can also recommend Blasphemous Act especially in multi-player games. Shivan Meteor could also work, but it might be too clunky.

Check out Shard Volley. High risk, but high reward.
