Ways to search cards to the top four of your library

I want to find a way to stack my deck. I'd Like Emrakul to be in the top four because of hideaway. I've got a super janky deck idea which only has, say, 9 flexible slots.
It's at times like this when I wish that Long-Term Plans was legal in modern.
