I want to build an ultimate trolling deck to play against my friend does anyone have one up or ideas for one

I would say Suppression Field and Thalia, Heretic Cathar would troll a format with lots of fetchlands and other nonbasics very well. Planeswalkers also don't like the suppression field...add Torpor Orb and finish with Eater of Days

Mono white Enchantments, 8-Rack, Lantern Control, or (for flavor reasons) Troll Worship.

Mcortez4269.,
I'm not sure what price-point you're looking for, but here are a few budget options:

Your friend maybe has Liquimetal Coating and Extirpate?

Besides your basic Artifact hate cards (e.g., Stony Silence, Ancient Grudge, Nature's Claim, Seal of Primordium, etc), cards like Phyrexian Revoker and Pithing Needle work well against Coating.

Extirpate is tough to deal with because it's got Split Second. Graveyard hate on yourself is an option though ... stuff like Relic of Progenitus, Scavenging Ooze, Rest in Peace, Nihil Spellbomb, etc)

Good luck (and skill) with your brew!

Oh yeah, I forgot about Enchantments. Thanks Kjartan!

Here's a budget example: GW Enchantress.

For max amount of trolling you can look into flip a coin decks with Krark's Thumb and Fiery Gambit
