Which BG/x is the best for Traverse the Ulvenwald and also can be played without Tarmogoyf?

Sultai, I guess. The idea would be to play Traverse the Ulvenwald and then have Snapcaster Mage give it flashback and play it again. Could be pretty good with silver bullet creatures, perhaps.
