So, I recently traded for a few lovely cards and I started to think green white aggro seems like It would be fun.. but I know about nothing in modern so id like to ask you guys help me get a full list going, heres what I have so far: 4x Path to Exile,4x Tireless Tracker, 4x Explosive Vegetation, 2x Archangel Avacyn Flip, 2x Gisela, the Broken Blade. So with this being the starting point what do I add to make this as strong and competitive as I can? please help!

Step one, you don't play gisela, avacyn, or explosive vegetation because they all cost WAY too much mana for very irrelevant abilities. Step two, you play something that looks like this deck: Here
That's basically just a list of good GW cards in the format. I'd also include 4x Dryad Militant because the ability is very relevant in the meta, and a 2/1 for 1 isn't terrible stats.

DevoidMage, I want to play with the angels thats the reason of the change so yeah possibly work around them being in there. what is some good ramp and other things to add? and how many mana dorks should I run?

Alright, well if you must play the angels, you're going to need a secondary plan to help you survive to that point. I've seen lists that use angels to win once they've secured the opponent under a Blood Moon lock, though if you want to play green as well your only real option is to mana ramp super hard. Sakura-Tribe Elder, Search for Tomorrow, Avacyn's Pilgrim, Noble Hierarch, these are the cards you should be ramping with - 4 of each for around 12-14 total ramp slots. If you want to continue on the ramp path, you're going to need removal out of white as well to keep what your opponent is doing down while you can build up; Path to Exile, Condemn, things of that nature. Then you can jam whatever angels you want to top the curve. Tracker works very well in this style deck because you're putting all of those extra lands out as well, so he's an excellent source of card advantage.
Or, you could stick with the prison route. Ghostly Prison, Sphere of Safety, Leyline of Sanctity, Suppression Field, Porphyry Nodes, then top it off again with the angels to finish them off.

removed 4x explosive vegtation. adding 4x(all of these) dryad militant, avacyns pilgrim, noble hierarch, elvish mystic. okay so now Im at 30 cards, what about the mana base? also would 2x always watching be okay?

And remember, there's no need to net deck (just copy what someone else did), be your own person, make the deck you want to make, get help with certain choices or what's in the current meta.

You should probably be running about 21-24 lands, so all those listed above, Windswept Heath, and more basics would work out.
As for those two slots you asked about, Always Watching is fine, but Glorious Anthem, Spear of Heliod, or Collective Blessing would also work.

That's perfectly aright that's what this site is for, I was just saying that don't feel you have to copy another deck or go against what you want to play. Always play what you feel the best with, your on the right path right now with the land base and cards, me and devoid have said. you should make the deck on the site and then I can see what it needs while looking at all the cards at once :)

McKz Your friends deck, Abzan, is nice, I like those colors. I think his could use some improvements. I think yours will be faster, the draw from his is the real nice advantage.

Right now for a sideboard im thinking 2x fog, Tormods crypt, sigarda herons grace, leyline of sanctity, ghost quater and thalia. but what else could I put in there and or what oculd I take out.

McKz You definitely need Relic of Progenitus for Dredge decks, Pithing Needle for Liliana, 1 Disenchant, Dismember. That's stuff that you definitely need in there.

I can't tell you how well this deck is going to do in the current meta, which is a lot of burn, aggro and some control decks. You definitely need some turn 1-2 ramp, ideally like Avacyn's Pilgrim and Elvish Mystic. You could even run Noble Hierarch and that would buff your creatures as well as give you access to another color.
