I have crafted a fun casual-modern UB control under $100 called Fathomable Stagnation, featuring counterspells, card draw and Eldrazi. This is for table magic, not competitive.

Oh, right. That slipped my mind. I wanted to know about the interaction between delve and the ability of Blight Herder. In scenario, my Fathom Feeder gets Murderous Cut after my opponent casts it by delving four cards and paying a black. Next turn, I cast Herder, his triggered ability goes on the stack, my eyes cast their attention to the fresh exiled pile. Is his exiled pile still a legal target for Herder's ability, even after he exiled four cards from delve?

All cards that have been exiled that you don't own are fair game for Eldrazi abilities.

In terms of card sugestions, processors and exiling are a good combo for modern. I suggest you look at Delay as a counterspell option, and more processors like Wasteland Strangler

sounds like your happy with the deck in its current state, but seeing how this is the modern help forum, what are you looking for suggestions on or "help" with?
