do you think The Scarab God and Biovisionary could work with some populate/clone effects?
I mean... yeah... but that's getting up there in mana efficiency. You're far too open to removal in the meantime. I feel like there's more efficient clone effects available in modern.

As a judge ruling, it would work. As an effective strategy, it wouldn't. I can see this as a joking win-con in a fun casual or EDH deck, but if you're trying to be competetive, there are much better strategies.
