Splicer/Golem Army - Thoughts?

Splicer/Golem ArmyMade this deck after my friends all built sliver decks without me. It's a fun deck, but can be pretty slow starting out. Trying to find ways to speed it up without taking away from the overall theme of the deck, which is to create a horde of unstoppable golems! Any suggestions for mana ramp and/or creature search are much appreciated!
