Snapcaster Mage in U/W Control

This deck has improved quite a bit since I started playing competitively back in October, and I couldn't have done it without the community here so thank you all so much! I've been a full-time college student working part-time so my budget has been tight but I eventually want to move this deck past FNMs and into a more competitive realm so I've been slowly investing more money in it.

The list posted below I currently own on paper. The shop I play at on Tuesday nights allows proxies, so I wanted to try out 2 Snapcaster Mage in the main in place of the 2 Opt that sit there currently. My question is, does that look like the right number of Snappies and am I cutting the right cards?

I'm also aware that most U/W Control lists run a planeswalker package consisting of something like 2 Teferi, Hero of Dominaria and 2-3 Jace, the Mind Sculptor. While I would like to try those cards out eventually, I've been pretty happy with the Gideon tribal build I have currently. It dramatically improves my match up against Burn and the Gideon lock is a real thing if I can get it going. Here's the deck in its current form. Let me know what you think!

Gideon U/W Control

I'd actually cut 2x Serum Visions for 2x Snappy. Opt plays better with Snappy do to instant speed.

I Agree with APPLE01DOJ

2x Snaps is probably right.

You are going to end up with a fistful of cards usually, and U/W control is one of the few decks, like Draw Go Esper, where "any card" Is good.

All things instant with Tiago are better than Sorceries.

A small but sometimes important thing, Opt plays very well with Spell Snare

I haven't played against it in a while but Teferi at 2x ?

What am I missing?

Thanks for the advice guys! You're right, bringing in a Snappie and targeting Serum Visions is clunky.
