Reworking Esper Control Deck

So I recently just started playing magic again. Sadly to find out that Gitaxian Probe is banned. I want to rework this deck for a stronger mana base and better control. It is basically lantern control with a shuffle and search punish element.
Primary combo
Top Deck Control
Psychic Surgery, Lantern of Insight, Ghoulcaller's Bell
Shuffle Elements
Path to Exile, Extirpate, Bitter Ordeal, Invasive Surgery, Surgical Extraction, Lantern of Insight, Ghost Quarter
Search Elements
Lantern of Insight, Ghost Quarter
Land Control
Ghost Quarter, Bitter Ordeal, Extirpate, Surgical Extraction
All of these cards have a unique synergy that cause players to fear using their own decks. Questions start to arise. What do I put in my graveyard? Should I use my fetch land? Should I search my deck for that basic? Every move becomes a punishment. It is especially brutal if you Snapcaster Mage an Archive Trap into a Bitter Ordeal.
I need help improving this deck. Primarily mana and card draw are a concern now since I can't use Gitaxian Probe.

Leonin Arbiter doesn't fit with the theme of the deck. I want people to search their library so that I can use Archive Trap. As far as draw staples are good but is Street Wraith better for this deck?

you might want Leonin Arbiter as an extra search punish. Draw also shouldn't be a problem with Sleight of Hand and Serum Visions and Remand
