Protection from instants

Assuming I revive Emrakul, the Promised End with Goryo's Vengeance, can Emrakul dodge the remove from the game effect at end of turn because of its protection from instants?

also, may i ask why you use the promised end instead of the aeons torn?

I'm thinking of discarding Promised End at turn 1 and reviving her at turn 2. I can't do the same for Aeons Torn.

Protection means: This can't be blocked, targeted, dealt damage, or enchanted by (instants).
The effect doesnt target emrakul so you have to exile her as normal
