Oblivion Sower, mill and Rest in Peace ?

What do you guys think about an Esper mill deck which utilize return to ravnica Dimir guild mill effect, rest in peace and oblivion sower ?

Here is a prototype, not very functionnal but still, just an idea : Milldrazi in Peace

I think Tormod's Crypt is better than Rest in Peace in this scenario, because both and like recursion effects, and RIP plays against that.
