Norin, the wary + Confusion in the ranks Combo Brew

Im seeking suggestions, criticism and otherwise any imput that could make this deck more viable. Its currently extremely janky with very bad opening hands and mulligans.
The main things I feel the deck needs:
Card advantage
Ramp
Something that gives my creatures hexproof for less than 5 cmc. (Privileged Position)
Potentially a color splash. Green is my first guess.
I play this in the Just for fun section of MTGO. There are lots of brews there, budget decks, jank decks. The other half of the time its tier 2 decks that dont compete well in tournament prep and the flavor of the month/week.
(My sideboard is stolen from skred red lists and is a work in progress as the deck is so janky, its hard to know what its weak to outside of trample beaters and hand disruption.)
To further steal from Skred you might try Mind Stone. It ramps, it draws a card, and your opponent probably isn't going to want to swap their Batterskull for it.
Rather than speeding up your deck, though, you could just attempt to slow the game down. There is a Norin Sisters deck that Confusion in the Ranks could slot into as a 1 or 2 of.

F.R.F The point of this isnt to make it competitively viable rather than just viable. I already own Norin sisters.
There are no flex spots that arent already filled with something better than confusion and I wouldnt want to give my opponents my soul sisters, btw.
Mindstone is a decent idea, Im gonna pull some stuff that I dont feel confidant about and try it.

well red is bad at just about everything you mentioned. Faithless Looting is probably your best bet.
