Hydras need help!

I am new to modern and also this site, I have been having a lot of fun playing my HYDRAGEDDON deck with friends but can struggle at times during FNM. I am looking to make this more competitive to end games faster. I can win turn two roughly 15% of the time, with the perfect draw, otherwise it takes 3-5 turns to pop off. Let me know what you think I could add or remove to speed things up. Thanks in advance!
