need second win con

I'm building a U/W tutale fog deck for fnm/casual play. and I'm looking for a second win con.primary win con, is mill them out, but when they have an emrakul in their deck, that's going to be difficult.what are different win condition's I can use? or is it better to not play fogs and use an enchantment prison style deck with it?hope you guys can help me out.

Jace's Phantasm, Celestial Colonnade, or Snapcaster Mage IMO.
Snapcaster Mage and Celestial Colonnade are both easy fits as they don't occupy needed space.
The other solution is to play a planeswalker or two. Jace, Architect of Thought and Elspeth, Sun's Champion are both solid options, especially Elspeth. She "Fogs" each turn by throwing out blockers and has a board wipe attached.

I tried a g/u tutel at modern an i faced a ton o grixis delver my deck didnt do so well im gonna do a bant tutel that uses an anti offenseive set of sphere of safety with mesa enchantress and eidolon of blossoms. Of course tutel too i also thought about adding thassa's devourer but i thought it might not have enough value

Azor's Elocutors is fun. You could also just run Celestial Colonnade or AEtherling.
