Need help with Spirit Deck

Hello, when it comes to MTG deck building I am a noob. I've played with the same three decks given to me for the last year (they were store bought with nothing added to them). So when I was given this deck Spirit Deck and a bunch of other cards I am at a loss what I should do. So wondering if you guys can help me out with this (what cards should I replace with my maybe section, ect...). I don't really want to buy any more cards right now but if you want to suggest some I would be more than happy to look out for them. The deck needs to be able to stand up to your average store bought deck with alterations.

You are majorly missing out by not having any white in this deck. PickleNutz gave you good feedback. Sleep Paralysis isn't great. I think you should add Detention Sphere or Prison Term instead. Also, Deny Existence should be replaced with either Essence Scatter, Render Silent, or Negate. It's not a great counter spell and the exile component isn't really worth the extra mana in my opinion, especially if you add white (which you should) and start running Path to Exiles.

4x Selfless Spirit 2x Supreme Verdict is a great combo. Selfless can be sacrificed to make your spirits invulnerable and then you can boardwipe your enemy without losing your creatures. Spell Queller, Rattlechains, Geist of Saint Traft, Drogskol Captain, Lingering Souls, Intangible Virtue, Spectral Procession, Path to Exile, Serum Visions, Mana Leak, Spell Pierce, Journey to Nowhere and Ardent Plea are all good for a spirit deck.
