Need Help With Determining Turn 1 Card in Midrange

I've had some revelations about my deck thanks to this thread and got to thinking about what my turn 1 play(s) should be.
Since my deck is more of a midrange deck rather than an aggro deck would it make more sense to have a playset of Thoughtseize / Inquisition of Kozilek over that of Insolent Neonate ? Should I set up an immediate creature threat/Madness trigger/card draw advantage in the form of the vampire? Would it be better to remove a larger threat before it appears? Or, is there another turn one option for my deck?

Go with the hand disruption. Can hose certain decks given the right circumstances and has more lasting effect on the game than the neonate
