Need feedback/suggestions for Esper Shadow Mill brew

First time posting here. Just started playing Magic in December and have been heavily into it since then. Made a few home brews and recently a couple netdecks (Merfolk and Burn).

This post is about a transformation of a UB Mill brew I had into UBW, and by adding Death's Shadow to the mix. I know, sounds reckless and dangerous and maybe even nonsensical. But I want to try it and will probably tweak cards once it goes heavy into playtesting mode.
