I've got some tournamet bogles experience under my belt, so maybe I can help out:

While I do like the idea of mixing infect and bogles, I'm not sure that stragety is flawless. The strenght of bogles comes from hexproof, and the infect creatures don't have that. I can see you've added Apostle's Blessing & Emerge Unscathed to make up for it, but that actually complicates things further. Gaining protection from a color causes auras of that color to fall off, so a single Path to Exile or such can put an end to all of your hard work. Also, the protection spells are worthless if you fail do draw a glistener, for the above reasons. Finally, both strageties fall to the same sort of hate cards, especially Spellskite.

That aside, there are a few numbers things I would like to warn against. Generally, running two Dryad Arbor is bad; the reasons for this are that it only taps for one color of mana (a big deal in a deck that runs Daybreak Coronet) and it can't tap for mana the first turn it's out. Try to limit it to one. Secondly, Slippery Bogle and it's elvish twin are the core of the deck so they should each be a four of. 18 lands does seem a bit low, maybe add another. You could also consider running another Path to Exile, but that may not be nessecary with the spellskites in the main. There should be room for all of that if you take out the protections spells; fill the rest of the slots with more enchantments.

I would like to compliment you on your sideboard. It looks good; the only thing I would change is to add another Leyline of Sanctity for a Nature's Claim.

I hope this comment was helpful! Good luck!
