Mono white soldier deck! Make it better.

So this deck is for casual play.. But want to still keep it modern as our group does modern casual tournaments from time to time. And this deck usually does pretty well against my play group.. But just want to get a different set of eyes on it and see if there is anything I should do to upgrade it to be more solid and competitive
Haven't updated this deck much for a couple years.. Just wonder if there are any cards im missing that you would run. Or would you take anything out of my deck or add more of any cards I already have.

You definitely need 4 copies of Champion of the Parish, that card is insane. I also would advise Fencing Ace as a budget double strike option. Finally, more card draw would be optimal and Thraben Inspector and Mentor of the Meek would fit the theme. I know this is not a soldier, but Selfless Spirit defends against board wipes.

Hey there, I actually run Mono White soldiers at my fnm once in awhile. I run it more low to the ground instead of using Preeminent Captain to get out the high cost creatures. I use Aether Vial on 3 and made it more like merfolk but the point is to go wider with slightly bigger creatures than to make them unblockable. Overall, very fun deck. What 3 drops do you think are least important and I should remove to add suggested cards.?

thalia is a pretty good three drop and field marshal is the better lord effect.
So id cut the other two.

If you want to make the deck more competetive you have to lower the mana curve
Cut the captains and some of the 3 drops
Champion of the Parish and Thalia's Lieutenant are great cards and should be 4 offs in this list
In addition Thraben Inspector is a very good one drop soldier.
