Mono blue tempo in modern?

I have done my level best at creating a mono blue tempo list for modern. This list could really benefit from reviews from other modern player's/ brewers. Specifically, I need some help with the sideboard. I have 3 Isochron Scepter and 3 Vedalken Shackles in the board, and it is very fun to play with those suddenly boarded in during grindier matches, but I would like to have help making a serious sideboard and just general overall better deck performance/cards. It's Control not Tempo but I've been playing this as a secondary deck for several years now...

3x Ceremonious Rejection - Affinity/Eldrazi/Tron/Lantern Control
1x Dissipation Field - Ninjitsu/Homebrews/Midrange/Aggro/Tokens (slow so only 1 of)
1x Grafdigger's Cage Grishoalbrand/Pyromancer/UW Control/Dredge/CoCo/Nahari
1x Hurkyl's Recall Affinity/Infect/Polymorph (Blightsteel Colossus Version)
1x Kraken's Eye Aggro/Burn/Anything we need the game to go longer against
1x Lone Revenant Midrange/Removal heavy decks
1x Reality Shift Late game larger threats that can get past counters
1x Relic of Progenitus All purpose grave hate, usual suspects
2x Spell Pierce Control/Infect/Homebrews/CoCo/Storm/Bogles
1x Spellskite Infect/Bogles/Removal heavy decks/Burn/Aggro
1x Telepathy - Everything!
