Seeking viable budget sideboard options for merfolk, podless company, grishoulbrand, Aggro burn?, and potentially -Gifts Ungiven and Delver.
Seeking suggestions for mainboard.
I dont really like Life's Legacy but I thought Id go ahead and test it for the 8 undying creatures.
Also looking for evasion and potential win conditions.
Let me know what yeh guys think. :P
Attempting to keep this under 100$. I fully intend to take this to FNM next month, as I dont care about the Serum Visions promo.. and I dont want my meta labeling me as a pay to win individual...
If possible, explain your thoughts on mainboard/sideboard additions and removals. It may have not occured to me yet! Thanx Dudes! =n.n=
Nevermind, saw it in the title. Not used to it being up there.
Ambush Viper is a rather awkward fit in what is one of the consummate aggro decks in the format. The main reasons why are that a 2/1 for is just not all that efficient, and oftentimes it will either be trading with a similarly sized creature (or worse, a token), because your role will almost invariably be that of the aggressor. Try Kalonian Tusker or Garruk's Companion instead.
Surrak, the Hunt Caller is just not all that good in a format that lets you play stuff like Thrun, the Last Troll. I also would trim some Aspect of Hydra for Prey Upon to give you more interaction. If you have the money for it, Collected Company is probably a better choice for you than Life's Legacy, since it puts stuff right into play.

Id actually spaced Garruk's Companion!!! That must return to the list.. o.o (Given space)
Honestly dont like Surrak anyways, so hell yes I want to cut him!
I already own 2-4 Prey Upon, and I guess Collected Company is a must here then.. >.> Darnit, I should have foreseen myself wanting to bring a tier 4 deck and bought 2-3 pre spike!
Also looking to make my Avatar of the Resolute more efficient.
