Jund Midrange Advice

This deck mainly uses stormbreath as a beater along with olivia voldaren while tasigur and scavenging ooze clean up the graveyards. I am trying to keep it somewhat budget (hence the lack of liliana of the veil, vengevine, or thoughtsieze for example). I am trying to make this deck more consistent and run better, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Don't try and do the Jund things, without Jund card. Jund Midrange, as a deck in modern, looks to put both players Hellbent with Lili and value and use the fact they are drawing 1 individualy good card, compared to drawing a situationally or synergistic card to win the value wars.
If you are doing it budget, that probably means no fetches, so don't bother with Taisgur. If you want to do that big top end version of Jund, I would suggest playing a slightly more rampy version, with BoP, Chandra Torch etc.

You raise an excellent point LeaPlath but is liliana the only good jund card? Is she so essential that if I can't run her it would be less worth it to make a jund?

Without Lili I would argue for going either Junk (Grim Flayer. Shambling Vents. Path. Seige Rhino. Lingering souls) or building a rampier version of Jund that looks to go over the top of other Midrange decks slightly.
Lili is so important to get both players hellbent because she is also removal for if they draw and play a creature. Without her and on a budget you cant go the Jund attrition route. Better off going a slightly higher end midrange.

If you don't have Lilly, Goyf, and Bob you're not playing Jund.
