Is there a creature with an activated ability that gains life?

As the title says, I'm looking for a creature that can gain life with its activated ability for this Training Grounds deck. ↓

Any card that has a repeatable ability would be good to know about (even ones in other colors). Scavenging Ooze is good and all, but against decks like Mono R 1 life per activation just isn't enough.
Also, having the ability to gain tons of life is useful since the deck is on the slower end for a Stompy type. Gaining life can keep the game going longer which lets you go over other aggro decks with a board of big creatures (w/ Pack Rat and Growth-Chamber Guardian ), grind out midrange and control with GGC and Duskwatch Recruiter Flip, etc. That's the theory, at least.

Most of the time I've been trying to make training grounds work, its either been pure manlands/ Umbral Mantle combo or Eldrazi Displacer , so I just leant on Knight of Autumn . Spike Feeder is an interesting choice if you are running growth chamber, not to mention the combo threat.
For things worth testing, I'd look at River Hoopoe , an Indulgent Aristocrat /kalitas vampires package or Warden of the First Tree

not a creature but if youre going the Pack Rat game plan, Crypt Incursion will suite you well.
