Is Iso Scepter and Silence/Holyday a viable deck?

So I need a new deck to play against my other friends and I was thinking, "Hey why not just lose all my friends!". Then and there, I had an epiphany, I MUST PLAY PRISON. Here's the thing, many prison decks have a high cost so I was thinking to take value combo's to prison my opponent and not allow them to make any viable plays. The plan is to take Ghostly Prison and Storage Matrix to lock them out of playing creatures and spells or using the Isochron Scepter and Silence / Holy Day lock. Then using the Sphinx's Tutelage, I mill my opponent out. I was thinking of using Telepathy and Nevermore To create even more locks. It seems fun but I don't know if it's viable. If anyone is willing to help me that would be great thanks!

Ive played around with a scepter deck (MythicalScepter) using Myth Realized as the win con. I wouldn't call it competitive but its allot of fun against home brews. Its probably not the best variant though

Be careful against Abrupt Decay... Apostle's Blessing is the only save I think.... Azor's Elocutors is not competitive but... Fillibuster counters are funny... Style points for political ranting while winning.

I used to run a janky Boros deck (Boros Burn) that tried to assemble Silence + Isochron Scepter. The list is way outdated (it still has Gitaxian Probe in it) but it was pretty fun to play. As others have mentioned, not competitive in the slightest but fun.

I found Red was the better colour than Blue - red gives you access to Lightning Bolt, Lightning Helix and especially Boros Charm. That card is an all-star on Isochron Scepter. It gives you 4 damage a turn direct ot oa player but more importantly can be used to protect your Scepters from cards like Abrupt Decay/Ancient Grudge by making them indestructible.

I alse enjoyed the interaction between Scepter and Young Pyromancer.

Perhaps the simplest way to make it, is to build a U/W control deck with a few more 1-2 cmc instant than usual, and add in 3 or 4 scepters. Anything becomes a functional lock on a scepter - Remand, Path to Exile, Holy Day...

With U/W Muddle the Mixture is both functional for use as well as tutoring scepter and or wanted 2cmc spell.... Draw engines like howling mine or better are also important to think about

One of the issues with decks built around Isochron Scepter is that you get hit by sideboard hate most decks have to deal with Affinity. If you go balls-deep into relying on Isochron Scepter, you'll get blown out by Stony Silence, Shattering Spree, and so on.

I'd recommend you build a U/W/x Control deck that happens to have Isochron Scepter. Turbo Fog might be the way to go if you want to win with Sphinx's Tutelage.
