So I was sorting through my bulk rares, and came across my playset of Phylactery Lich, and recalled looking at the spoiler for Tezzeret's Touch. I had tried to make a deck in the past based on Ensoul Artifact, but there wasn't really enough to support the strategy at the time. Anyway, I decided to take it to the drawing board. This is what I came up with. I'm looking for idea's/suggestions to help it along. Unbroken.
