I've been searching tappedout for a good budget deck for way too long. I'm just going to build a deck and hopefully some of you guys will help me make it not garbage.

I want to keep the price about where it is right now. I'm not so sure it has to be Jeskai; I think Izzet could work. I just want to kill people with prowess and stuff. Any suggestions would be appreciated, my deck is terrible right now.
Are you tired of playing other peoples decks as in net decking, or as in borrowing your friends decks?

Do you want it to be competitive? Do you intend to join in tournaments etc or just play casually in a friendly environment?

Ok. Do you want it to be more aggro or more control? What budget do you have? Do you currently own all of the cards in that list?
We need more info to properly help you out.
2 things here :
If you want to play control on a budget, go UW as it's the most affordable. If you want to play UR then you need Snapcaster Mage to recur those Bolts/Electrolyzes and Blood Moon and Cryptic Command for an efficient lock. WR can be cool too but you lack deck manipulation... which is really important in a control shell. You wanna make sure you draw lots of cards and you want to be able to choose them too.
If you wan to go aggro, I don't think UR is the best way to go right now. You get outclassed by Zoo and Eldrazis. UR prowess is just a weaker version of Infect.

frusciante7 I want my deck to be more aggro based, and my budget is about $100. I only have a few of the cards on the list, and only the non-expensive ones anyway. If you think an Izzet prowess deck wouldn't be strong enough, what would you reccommend instead?

I built a really budget mono flier deck in standard way back. It was really straight forward and put out a lot of pressure. It used mostly one and two costed creatures like Cloudfin Raptor, and Vaporkin to spew out a bunch of fliers, with the goal being that they at least needed to have power equal to the cost paid. I don't have it listed up here, but you could totally do something like that. If you went that route one card I would suggest especially is Pride of the Clouds (unfortunately I did not have access to this beast in standard). Good luck on finding something you love.
