...And I think it could be a lot of fun. While I don't see potential to win any Grand Prixs anytime soon, I think I might have a lot of fun at some FNM's. This deck basically aims to abuse wheels with cards like Dream Salvage and Waste Not. Liliana's Caress and Megrim for the kill. The main problem with the deck is mana generation: Ideally, you'd be casting a ton of wheels in one turn, as most storm decks do (except usually not with wheels), but I can't seem to make enough mana to do so. Any suggestions are appreciated, budget isn't a huge concern, and thanks!

Its a bit of a one trick pony for casual, and boderline T2 but probably T3 against most competitive metas.

Waste Not decks are imho great to play on MTGO, but not really fun in paper magic. Lots and lots of triggers.
