Hey, I want to create a fun troll deck with Reliquary Tower and Sturmgeist . It's just a bit of fun and don't care if legal or competitive so are there any blue spells that can but a vast amount of cards in my hand?

If this is going to be casual try Howling Mine and Fevered Visions, if you don't care much about money for some reason then Ancestral Vision. There is also Sphinx's Revelation.

just casual stuff to get as many hands in my card as I can. I just want to see how powerful we can make sturmgeist.

Visions of Beyond has the potential to draw a lot of cards.

Concentrate is a good one then. As is Treasure Cruise, for casual at least. Also Dictate of Kruphix.

I heard that One with Nothing helps a lot with card-draw... Also Contract from Below is such a good card at drawing cards that it was banned in vintage :D

All these suggestions are ok I guess, but most of the time drawing you 3 to 8 cards (if you assume you can cast a huge Rev/BSZ). Howling Mine's good though. Dictate of Kruphix is also a long-term card advantage plan in Blue.
I would find it absolutely amazing if you could make it work with Treasure Hunt and a sh*tload of lands :) then you could get like 15 lands and swing for the kill!
If you don't know Seismic Swans, go check it out before you start brewing ;)

Thanks for the suggestion all. I have a pure deck I call my fun deck (it's pure casual and is just there for fun). It has 4 Sturmgeists in already do i figured I'd remove some cards I don't find useful for some fun cards to give the deck some more tactics.

Blue Sun's Zenith and Stroke of Genius are valid options. Also Pull from Tomorrow.
That the type of stuff you are looking for?
