Izzet multiplayer control burn

I am building a multiplayer control burn 10.000 Volts right in the face! but have a little problem.

I would like to add Cyclonic Rift, Ral Zarek and possibly Stitch in Time but I do not know how I would fit them all in as the deck is already 60 cards large. Suggestions on how to go about it would be very nice.

Blustersquall seems a bit weak, maybe take it out for 4 Cyclonic Rift? Teleportal also seems a little out of place, maybe for 1 Ral Zarek, 2 Stitch in Time?
