Finishing Touches: G/R Dragons

I'm making a budget semi-competitive dragon deck. I would like to stay as close to $30.00 USD as possible, however if a good case is made I can expand the budget. This deck will likely only have to go against Friday Night Magic tournaments at the most, but more commonly among friends.
The deck is kind of hit or miss. In the few play tests I've done I can't seem to get a consistently decent early or midgame. The end game is generally always good, around turn 6-8.
Myojin of Infinite Rage is supposed to be drawn up by Xenagos, the Reveler with a Savage Ventmaw already down. He's only in there to really seal the deal. However, with being only one out of sixty cards, he doesn't come up often. Which is fine.
Playtest the deck 2-3 times, see what you think. Any suggestions will be considered.
