Finessing Puresteel Storm

Hello! I've been working on finessing my Puresteel Storm (Cheeri0s) deck for a while now. I need a little bit of help with sideboarding, fitting a Hurkyl's Recall into the mainboard, and formatting my deck description. Below is my deck:

First, my sideboard needs some work. To start, I noticed on Mtgtop8 (which I've been using more and more recently) that the decks that have placed seem to run Echoing Truth, although I think that Dispatch is also a valid (and more permanent) solution to pesky creatures/permanents. I understand the Echoing Truth hits noncreature permanents as well as creatures and deals with tokens, but Dispatch is extremely powerful and much better than Galvanic Blast in my shell. Also, I would like to fit another Leyline of Sanctity into my sideboard. It is really nifty in the right situation, and can shut certain decks down until they can find an answer.
It should also be noted that Laboratory Maniac is the only creature in the deck that is a win condition my opponents cannot interact with without removal. Goblin Gaveleer is shut down by Ensnaring Bridge and the like. grapshot dies to Leyline of Sanctity. While the lab maniac isn't run on any top 8 sideboards I have seen, I think it really does deserve a slot.
Hurkyl's Recall is one of the most powerful sidebaording options for this deck. It can bounce affinity and lantern control's entire board while also being able to serve as a Retract when necessary. In fact, it is such a versatile sideboard cards that I think one in the mainboard is a safe bet. But my mainboard is tight and well trimmed - i don't know what to replace.
My deck runs Goblin Gaveleer and Lightning Greaves as an alternate win condition mainboard. The bonus that this gives me is twofold: first, it is an alternate mainboard option that gets around Leyline of Sanctity; second, if I (8for any reason) can't fully combo off with garpeshot, I can equip cheeri0s and maybe Lightning Greaves to the Goblin Gaveleer, the just attack. I'm willing to listen to suggestions as to why I should cut gaveled and greaves, but be warned - they work very well for me.
Finally, I don't do this often (in fact, I've never done this before), but I am trying to format my deck description. While I know that this technically isn't the forum of this, I wanted to include it here. I seem to have gotten the folders to work somewhat, but I can't figure out exactly what is wrong. Maybe my computer, maybe not. I have screenshots of the deck description - if anyone would be willing to help, I'll put a link up so people can see if I did anything wrong.
