What a deck!

Could use some help figuring out an ideal mana base for this deck.
Some fetches maybe , filters are cool to have too
quicklands?

You are running Black for 1 card, which has little synergy with the rest of the deck (like you aren't doing anything amazing with the exile), in what amounts to a 4c deck.
Drop the black, play Meddling Mage?

Since you're basically 4 colors (eldrazi end up being the 4th. "color"), I think you're right to play painlands. I'm wondering if you should play 4 of each and fewer fast lands?
You may also want some basics, even with no fetches in the deck. I'd definitely include a basic Plains and Island so you can cast those double-color mana costs after getting hit by enemy Ghost Quarters or Path to Exile.

Well pretzels the deck really doesn't want to be fetching.
I've tweaked the list based off what people are saying. Still don't think the mana base is perfect. Dark Confidant was originally in the deck and I think might work its way back in.

After seeing LeaPlath's comment, I have to agree. You really aren't getting much by playing black, except mana problems.
If you cut the black, you can replace those lands with more lands, which are:
So your final mana base would look something like:
4x Adarkar Wastes
4x Eldrazi Temple
4x Ghost Quarter
1x Island
4x Mystic Gate
3x Plains
1x Nimbus Maze
