Engineered Explosives In Mono U Tron

Hey all. IzzetFanatic here. What do you think of Engineered Explosives as it is in the meta right now? Also how would it fit into a Mono U Tron deck. How many would we play... I'm leaning towards 1-0 in the main but tell me your thoughts.

@clayperce: okay. As of no I'm using 1 in the main. Is it necessary to play one in the side as well?

Ratchet Bomb is better in 0-1 colour decks. Lets it hit more things

@Scouty can't be fetched by trinket mage and is significantly slower.

I'm on Ponza, so I don't have a personal opinion. But Mono-U is the toughest Tron matchup for me, so I kind of keep an eye on it. I noticed shocktroopa is on 1x in the main and 1x in the side lately (a change from 2x in the side a year ago).
