Death by wither scarabs! Suggestions?

So I have a mono black wither deck ive been working on. Its mostly for funsies, but I want to use it for Modern FNM without get turn 4'd with moderate success. Im having some issues deciding on what to keep/upgrade, switch from side to main, or generally trim out.

The basic core premise to throw neg counters on everything, then spreas the disease with Blowfly Infestation and proliferate, and kill big opponent creatures then control them with Crumbling Ashes and Necroskitter.

Win conditions are using Nest of Scarabs with any combination of -1/-1 generation to wipe the board then swarm.

Failing that, big creature control.

Alternatively using Tree of Perdition with -1/-1 counters.

And the weakest backup, Tormented Soul + Quietus Spike chip to death. Thanks in advance!
